Need Help with Health Benefit Enrollment? Reach us at Teen Feed is an In-Person Assister organization for the Health Benefit Exchange in partnership with Washington Healthplanfinder. We partner with King County mobile units, UDSP healthcare navigators, Country Doctor, UW Nurses and local healthcare clinics. Youth Health Coordinators, formerly Youth Access to Care *YAC, has integrated closely with SLY and STOP positions.
